Going the Distance, Galaxie Style

There are cars, and then there are gorgeous land yachts...like this Ford Galaxie 500 XL.  Talk about a command of the road, this vintage stunner must be even more impressive in motion - cars like these wrote the book on cruisin'!This is a one-family Galaxie - originally owned by the aunt, she nearly traded it in when she decided on a new wagon.  Thankfully, she mentioned not knowing what to do with it to her nephew, who gladly said he'd take it off her hands.Beautifully cared for and lovingly driven on a regular basis, we're certain this Galaxie is very happy to still be in the family.Clean-lined and sleek, this vintage beauty is full of original details.Quite the classy lady, isn't she?  We think so!
