This show is always a great time. The show is in Downtown El Segundo on Main Street and spans multiple blocks filled with cool cars and trucks.

Nosed and Decked along with Roxanne’s Bar in Long Beach put on the Chopped and Dropped Party and it was a blast. Customs came from as far as the San Diego area. The parking lots and streets were filled with so many cool cars and the bar was filled with friends old and new.

Always a fun way to kickoff a Saturday at the world-famous Donut Derelicts. The weekly show is always a blast and in my many years of going only a few have had a small turnout. This last Saturday’s show was not one of them. The place was packed, just packed.

Saturday I headed to the Lyon Air Museum in Santa Ana for the fantastic War Surplus on Wheels car show. This incredible show was put together by Bobby Green of Old Crow Speed Shop and he put together 130 cars that took over the tarmac outside the museum plus some very cool bellytank landspeed race cars inside.

Saturday’s shenanigans were not far from my place in Whittier. Just a short drive to Mooneyes and their always fun yearly Open House.

A Fathers Day holiday weekend tradition is back after a hiatus. I’m so happy that it’s back and I spent Saturday hangin’ out at the Fairplex in Pomona, CA checking out the awesome roadsters and so many other cool rides that came out for the show.

So after a fun day at the Lions Automobilia Museum, I finished off Saturday at the Customs Cruise in Riverside. The Customs Cruise is always such a great time and this time it moved to Riverside right in front the the historic Riverside Court House.

A fun time at the Lion Automobilia Museum for their Funny Car Fever event. Such a wonderful museum and worth a visit.

One of my favorite shows every year is the Aces Hot Rod Resurrection car show. Last Saturday I headed down to Old World Village in Huntington Beach, California for the fantastic car show put on by the Aces Car Club.

Saturday morning I headed over to La Verne, California, home of my college alma mater University of La Verne and the annual Cool Cruise.

Saturday morning I headed down to Huntington Beach, CA for the world-famous Donut Derelicts. Rarely, rarely does it disappoint with all kinds of fantastic hot rods, customs and more. This was one of those fantastic ones.

With so many shows around Southern California it’s no surprise I miss a few here and there but somehow I missed this awesome show all the damn time. It’s one of those shows I see on social media or hear about it from friends after the fact. But not this year!

Saturday I headed over to El Segundo, CA to the Zimmerman Automobile Driving Museum for the Women N Wheels Car Show. A wonderful show originally started by my friend Pati and held at El Camino College before it was moved to The Zimmerman.

Another fantastic Customs Cruise! Last Saturday I headed over to the flash-mob/rave style automotive event that happens every few months. This time it moved to Old Town San Dimas.

Saturday I headed over to San Pedro to checkout this year's Lost Souls Getdown. Now in its 5th year, the show like the last few was awesome.

Saturday I headed down to Huntington Beach for the world-famous Donut Derelicts. It was packed, packed.

On Saturday the Grand National Roadster Show fills all around the buildings with awesome hot rods, customs, classics and more. It was such a great turnout of cool rides.

I've brought you what has been inside of a couple of the buildings already but there are so many more. Every building at the Grand National Roadster Show is filled with so many wonderful cars and trucks.

One of my favorite buildings at the Grand National Roadster Show is The Suede Palace. It's one of the 1st buildings you see when you enter the show right next to the village.

Every year the Grand National Roadster Show has a theme building. It's been land speed racing and Model As and this year was classic Volkswagen.
