Main Street El Segundo Car Show
This show is always a great time. The show is in Downtown El Segundo on Main Street and spans multiple blocks filled with cool cars and trucks.
Nosed and Decked Chopped and Dropped Party
Nosed and Decked along with Roxanne’s Bar in Long Beach put on the Chopped and Dropped Party and it was a blast. Customs came from as far as the San Diego area. The parking lots and streets were filled with so many cool cars and the bar was filled with friends old and new.
Early Risers: Donut Derelicts 7-23-22
Always a fun way to kickoff a Saturday at the world-famous Donut Derelicts. The weekly show is always a blast and in my many years of going only a few have had a small turnout. This last Saturday’s show was not one of them. The place was packed, just packed.
War Surplus on Wheels
Saturday I headed to the Lyon Air Museum in Santa Ana for the fantastic War Surplus on Wheels car show. This incredible show was put together by Bobby Green of Old Crow Speed Shop and he put together 130 cars that took over the tarmac outside the museum plus some very cool bellytank landspeed race cars inside.
Mooneyes Open House 2022
Saturday’s shenanigans were not far from my place in Whittier. Just a short drive to Mooneyes and their always fun yearly Open House.
LA Roadster Show 2022
A Fathers Day holiday weekend tradition is back after a hiatus. I’m so happy that it’s back and I spent Saturday hangin’ out at the Fairplex in Pomona, CA checking out the awesome roadsters and so many other cool rides that came out for the show.
Customs Cruise Riverside
So after a fun day at the Lions Automobilia Museum, I finished off Saturday at the Customs Cruise in Riverside. The Customs Cruise is always such a great time and this time it moved to Riverside right in front the the historic Riverside Court House.

One of my favorite buildings at the Grand National Roadster Show is The Suede Palace. It's one of the 1st buildings you see when you enter the show right next to the village.
A Building Full of VDubs - GNRS
Every year the Grand National Roadster Show has a theme building. It's been land speed racing and Model As and this year was classic Volkswagen.
